I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER (SHIPPING ADDRESS/ORDER DETAILS ETC):
Please make sure you send a follow up message and included all the details for your order that you would like changed in your message on Etsy. We will check to make sure we can accommodate this change, and get back to you during normal business hours M-F.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping times can be found on our SHIPPING DETAILS PAGE. Please note these are delivery estimates and for any deadline specific event we always recommend upgraded shipping options.
I NEED TO UPGRADE MY SHIPPING (ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED):
Most shipping upgrades can be found on our SHIPPING FAQ PAGE. If you don’t see the upgrade you need here, please send a follow up message on Etsy to let us know you still need help and we will be in touch as soon as we can!
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED:
SO sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit. It doesn't happen often but know it's so frustrating when it does. :( We'll go ahead and file a claim with the shipping carrier and also get to work on a replacement for you. To file a claim the shipping carrier requires the following:
1) Photos of ALL damaged items (ie: if you purchased favors and 5 jars are damaged we will need photos of all 5 jars clearly showing the damage).
2) Photos of the shipping box itself (even you believe there is no visible damaged on the box, there are often tell-tale signs that may not be obvious to most and it is still considered over-handled and is required by the carrier).
3) A photo of the shipping label on the box.
Please send these photos over in Etsy messages as soon as you can. Again so sorry that this happened and we'll get to work on the claim and replacement!
