how do i customize my box?

As soon as you hit the button "ADD TO CART" a custom form will pop up and walk you through each piece of info that is needed.  There, you can enter in names etc as well as enter details. Have a specific request?  Contact us HERE .

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Standard orders in the US ship in 4 business days (M-F) and are typically 2-5 business days once shipped (or 6-9 business days to your door from the time of placing your order). 

We also offer 2 expedited services you can choose at check out:

1) RUSH: Next day turnaround with STANDARD shipping. Typically 3-5 business days to your door.
2) EXPRESS: Next day turnaround with EXPRESS shipping. Typically 2 business day transit time depending on the service area.  2-3 business days to your door from placing order.

*The daily cutoff for RUSH & EXPRESS orders is 8:30 am (EST)*

You can purchase any of these shipping upgrades at check-out under "Shipping" if needed.  Business days are considered Monday - Friday EST and do not include postal holidays, as determined by the shipping carriers.

We are not ship to PO or APO Boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer International shipping due to the increased risk of breakage. It is important for us that our White Confetti Boxes arrive flawless and unfortunately shipping overseas allows for the opportunity for damages.

WHAT if i need boxes shipped to separate addresses?

You'll want to check out separately for each address and be sure to update your shipping address as well!

do you offer discounts?

We believe in affordable gifts and have already priced our White Confetti Boxes as low as we can!  But we do offer a promotion of buy 15 full sized gift sets and get a free MINI or a bulk discount of 10% off 20 gift sets or more.  Contact us if your offer applies for a bulk discount.

note about substitutions

We love sourcing items and supporting small businesses by including their goods in our gift boxes. Even as we near the end of Covid-19 (fingers crossed), certain items can become unavailable, with little notice. On the off chance an item in your is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will NEVER substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.

is the champagne IN THE PHOTO included?

Unfortunately no.  We accidentally drank it all.  And we do not ship alcohol unfortunately.

DO MY LABELS FIT ANY BOTTLE?

The Champagne labels fit most 187ml mini champagne bottles and are easy to apply--just peel and stick!  Be sure to choose a bottle where the base is perfectly symmetrical for the height of the label. If the bottle curves where the label is applied, it'll likely wrinkle around the edges. 

The liquor labels fit most (but not all) 375ml flask style bottles. Be sure to choose a bottle no larger than 8" tall.

my square boxes arrived flat, how do I assemble them?

Your Square Boxes may have arrived flat. Simply pop up! Once you have popped up the sides, fold the front tab (silver tab) down inside the box and your boxes have been assembled! 

*Please note- If you ordered crinkle paper for your box- it was perfectly measured to fill the base of your box! During transit the crinkle paper will have flattened out, but not to worry- just fluff with your hands to bring it back to life. To fluff: hold a ball of the crinkle in one hand and use the other hand to comb your fingers through the crinkle and pull it apart- similar to how you would take a brush and run it through your hair. Doing this will fluff your crinkle and add more "body" back to it :)

What size photo can i include in the picture frame?

Each picture frame features a central window and fits a  2" x 2 5/8" photo or card.

CAN I OMIT ITEMS IN THE BOX TO MAKE IT MORE AFFORDABLE?

Each of our pre-curated box includes a significant discount to purchase as-is, so changing or removing an item won't decrease the cost while swapping it with another. You can certainly add any item to your box from our a la carte section of our shop! Don’t see a specific item listed a la carte. Contact us!

If I purchase a Box and à la carte items will you add the items to the box?

Yes of course! We will always build your box for you and include all your a la carte items in the gift box, so long as all the items fit.

I Ordered a label reprint- how do I apply it to the box

i can't find an item listed in my box.

We double and then triple check to make sure every box is perfect and all items are accounted for so rest assured it's in there--and likely buried under or in the crinkle paper!  Although the items were placed in the box carefully, it is likely that items will shift during transit and need a freshening up.  Just recently, we started adding the straw (if included) under the crinkle paper to minimize damage while shipping.

are orders eligible for a CANCELLATION, return & refund?

Unfortunately no.  Due to the custom nature of our business, any item that is customized or made for your order is not eligible for a cancellation or refund.  Items that are not customized, can be returned within 10 days of your delivery date.  Please contact us for refund pricing on specific items.  Returns must be received, at purchasers expense, in the same condition that it was mailed to be eligible for refund.  We do recommend expertly packing and purchasing insurance for your returns.  Food, spa products, and/or perishables are not eligible for return and refund.

WHAT MAKES WHITE CONFETTI BOX DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES I SEE ONLINE?

White Confetti Box prides itself on our attention to detail, stellar customer experience and also personalization.  If we've made the boxes and designs look simple and cohesive--then good!  We've done our job.  The truth is that there is SO MUCH thought that goes in to each box and how names and info of various lengths will fit on your design--and still look like it was meant to be there all along.  Each letter, font tail and especially character spacing is thoughtfully considered so every word looks amazing on your label.  Most other companies offer software in which you design your label online within its limitations, and they simply hit print.  White Confetti offers the same flexibility but by working directly with a designer so you don't have to be the expert.  We've sold over 100k boxes--each curated for you, personalized with your info and assembled by hand!  This isn't our first rodeo and we are thrilled to work with you too.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED.  NOW WHAT?

Ugh--so sorry on behalf of the shipper for treating your package like a touchdown pass.  If you find any damages to your box or contents please contact us immediately.  We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and replace any damaged items.  IMPORTANT -- Please take photos of ALL damages- each damaged item must be photographed- as well as the SHIPPING BOX. 

Please email us and include the following items :

  1. Please take photos of ALL damages- each damaged item must be photographed.

  2. Photos of the SHIPPING BOX (even if it doesn’t appear to have any damage on it)

  3. Please take a photo of the shipping label itself. 

The Photos of damaged items, shipping box AND a photo of the shipping label itself are REQUIRED by the shipping carrier for replacement items during the claims process. You may be contacted by the insurance company to verify, and if so, will be required to sign an affidavit describing the damages.  Damages must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date to be eligible.

My WHite Confetti Order shows as delivered but the recipient never received it?

This happens occasionally. First check in and around their property including the bushes, any porches/garage door/lobby/bell man etc. Delivery locations, on tracking updates are often very generic, so if it says front porch (but you don’t have a front porch, its likely somewhere near your front door) -Also be sure to check with any neighbors- there's a good chance it's hiding somewhere (trust us, it happens OFTEN). If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't receive it, for the quickest resolution, we recommend you contacting the recipient’s local post office and asking them to GPS track the drop off location of your package and to check with your local postal delivery individual. Beyond that, this is a rare occurrence that is unfortunately out of our control, and could be a result of (but not limited to) a package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim for your lost package, if your local carrier is unable to help resolve the situation. Approved claims are eligible for reshipment of items once the claim is approved.

*Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our studio but are happy to assist in the process of a lost or damaged claim should it be appropriate to file one*

WHAT IF MY White Confetti BOX Is returned as ‘undeliverable’?

For the quickest resolution, we recommend using the tracking number you received from us to see the latest information from the shipping carrier and triple check the address you provided us. Once we received a return package, we are happy to re-ship your gift using the following protocol:

  • The fee to re-ship a gift is $17 (as set by shipping carrier: return shipping fee + new shipping label)

  • We will send you a link to repurchase shipping- Please be sure to include the updated shipping address in the ‘ship to’ section when you repurchase shipping.

  • If we don’t receive a reshipment request within 90 days of notifying you that the gift has been returned, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes property of White Confetti Box . No refunds or credits will be issued.

What if I live Local, can I pick up my order?

Yes of course! Send us an email before you place your order and we are happy to give you a code to eliminate a shipping charge on your order! Please note we are open M-F during normal business hours.
