WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR ORDERING CHRISTMAS GIFTS?
All shipping carriers will be extra busy this holiday season. As always, the earlier you order this year the better! We recommend using our CHOOSE YOUR SHIP DATE option for all gift sets, so you can order early and we will ship it on a date of your choice closer to the holiday.
I WANT TO PLACE MY HOLIDAY ORDER EARLY, BUT DON’T WANT IT DELIVERED UNTIL CLOSER TO CHRISTMAS?
Easy! That's why we've created the CHOOSE YOUR SHIP DATE option for all our custom curated Christmas Gift sets! Once you have added your gift box to your cart, you can choose one of our ship weeks leading up to Christmas!
PLEASE NOTE*** IF you order multiple items and you choose a ship date closer to Christmas- your ENTIRE order will ship on that ship date. If you need to select multiple ship dates, you will need to check out separately for each ship date you select ***
All custom gift box orders with a selected CHOOSE YOUR SHIP DATE will also have a "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL DECEMBER 25th” sticker on them!
SHIPPING DEADLINES
STANDARD SHIPPING: We recommend ordering all standard shipping holiday gifts no later than end of day (EST) Wednesday December 13th with Standard Shipping pending no shipping carrier delays. After the 13th we would strongly recommend one of our expedited shipping options. New this year. FLAT RATE standard shipping!
RUSH TURNAROUND: shipping option will ship with scheduled delivery before Christmas, pending no shipping carrier delays, for Christmas orders placed by end of Day (EST) Monday the 18th.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: You have until End of Day (EST) Wednesday December 20th to purchase with our express shipping option, for delivery before Christmas, pending no shipping carrier delays. .
Any Holiday orders placed after the dates above may be delivered before Christmas but cannot be guaranteed.
**Please note once an order is shipped and leaves our studio, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Believe us when we say, if we could hand deliver each and every gift we would EVEN IF YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED IN TRANIST AND ARRIVES AFTER THE HOLIDAY WE KNOW THEY WILL LOVE IT**

All Custom Curated Holiday White Confetti Gift Boxes will receive a "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL DECEMBER 25th” sticker so they know a special Christmas gift has arrived :)
IF I SELECT A BOX ONLY OPTION AND ADD A LA CARTE ITEMS TO MY BOX WILL YOU INCLUDE THEM IN THE BOX FOR ME?
We will always add a la carte items to your White Confetti box with the a la carte items you purchase, so long as they all fit :)
I ORDERED A GIFT AND AM HAVING IT SHIPPED DIRECT BUT DONT WANT THE RECIPIENT TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE.
Great news! We don’t include invoices in any of our orders as they are all gifts :)

Yes! All orders ship in 4 business days (M-F), leading up to the holidays, is no exception!
**Please note: once a gift leave our studio, it is out of our hands--carriers may have slight delays due to the holidays, so it's best to get your order in early!**
